Tuesday 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm
Barre training is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. This class is geared to improve posture, improve flexibility and stability, creates a more balanced body, and increases core strength.
Thursday 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tap dance sharpens reflexes and improves memory skills and coordination. Beginning classes will work toward establishing fundamental tap movements.
Our dance fitness schedule is designed with flexibility for your participation. All our classes are labeled Hybrid which means they are held in-studio with the option to take class live online via zoom from home.
